Your intake form has been received. The next step is to submit your $25 application fee. This fee will be subtracted from your total contribution should you decide to initiate the program after the orientation call.

Please note that the application fee is required in order start the orientation process. If after the orientation call you do not feel this program is for you there is no obligation to continue.
